SEPTEMBER 2024 - TRIALLING A NEW METHOD OF SHIPPING IN PARTNERSHIP
WITH LIPSTICK AND CHROME

We are excited to announce a trial of a new shipping process for the month of September, allowing you to enjoy our unique collection directly from our supplier, Lipstick and Chrome, who are based in the US. During this trial period, select new items from their collection will be dropshipped straight from Lipstick and Chrome, giving you access to a wider variety of products with potentially faster delivery times.
Think handbags, headbands and even their immense Blind Boxes!

Single brooches will continue to be shipped to me first, and then I will distribute out as normal.
Please note that this is a temporary arrangement, and I may revert to our usual ordering process after September. I want to assure you that all shipping details will be securely shared with our trusted supplier, and your privacy is our top priority. PRE ORDERING ITEMS VIA OH MY, MARIE:

Pre Ordering is available on the following brands:
Laliblue, Rosie Rose Parker, Lipstick and Chrome, Makokot

Any items which are pre order/made to order will be clearly noted as such in the product title or description, the same with any 'available immediately' products.
​
Please bear in mind before ordering that there are different estimated turnaround times against different brands. Due to the current climate, these times are an estimate only and can differ.
​
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: If you order a pre order item and in stock item at the same time, items will be shipped together once your pre order arrives. If you prefer to receive in-stock items first, please email me at marie@ohmymarie.co.uk quoting your order number. There may be a small postage charge so please bear that in mind.

UK CUSTOMERS:

P&P in the UK is currently free on orders over £40 (sent via 1st class standard post) and will be constantly subject to review and will be announced if this changes. If you require an item urgently please contact me and I will do all I can to get it to you quicker (please note this may incur additional post charges)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: IMPORTANT INFORMATION​​

I have applied to work with Royal Mail/Taxamo on reducing any interruptions your end, following the customs changes which have taken effect from 1st July 2021 (on items being sent to EU countries). However this takes time to set up, so please bear in mind if you do order from me, you may be subject to additional customs/fees which will be payable to your postal provider before delivery can be made. I will do all I can to assist and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

There are currently extensive delays at the customs points in some countries. I would recommend you select tracked postage at the checkout, as a 3-5 working day postage method is currently taking between 3 days and a month! I am unable to refund any orders until I am able to register them as 'lost' with Royal Mail. Please bear this in mind prior to ordering.

Delivery charges for multiple orders may be able to be combined, depending on if they have been sent out or not. Contact me to enquire if needed.

If any items are unavailable, due to website/admin error, we will notify you immediately and credit your original method of payment. You may also choose to wait for us to reorder the product for you, or offer an alternative item, with a complimentary partial discount (as a goodwill gesture)

PRIVACY POLICY

Oh My, Marie! respects your privacy and will not pass your details to 3rd parties.
After subscribing to the website, if you would like your details removed at any point,
please contact us and we will remove your details immediately.

RETURNS POLICY
​
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return to us, using the form contained in your parcel. We ask that you return any items with 14 days of receipt of the parcel, noting your order number and reason for return. Please note item must be in the condition which it was sent to you in, unworn/with tags on (if tags are attached)

Of course we always accept faulty items to be returned - please email me at hello@ohmymarie.co.uk if you have a faulty item so that I can resolve the issue.
​
I'm afraid that return postage costs cannot be reimbursed unless the item is faulty.
​
For hygiene reasons I'm afraid we cannot accept returned earrings, unless faulty.
If you do return an item, please email me at marie@ohmymarie.co.uk so I can expect your item.
Please note I am not able to refund postage to International customers at this time, sorry about that.
Non - faulty items which are returned within 15-30 days of receipt will be credited with an online discount voucher which can be used on future purchases
(to be redeemed within a year of date of issue)
