🌍 **An update for my wonderful international customers** 💌

HANDLING FEES ARE IN (BOO) BUT FREE POSTAGE FEE OVER £100 (YAY)

PLEASE READ BELOW:

One of my favourite things about running Oh My, Marie! is sending little parcels of happiness all over the world. ❤️

As many of you know, international shipping rules are continually evolving. Royal Mail now requires much more detailed customs information for every parcel sent overseas, including detailed product descriptions and links to the relevant product pages on my website. Depending on your country, import taxes and duties may also now be collected at checkout, while others may still ask you to pay any applicable charges before your parcel is delivered.

To help cover the additional time and administration involved in preparing international shipments, I have introduced a standard £15 International Customs & Administration Fee for orders being sent outside the UK, Ireland and Europe. Reason being is that I will get royally stung in fees at this end when I come to post them out and need to take the bite out of that sting a little - I hope you understand x

If you put in a sizeable order and the handling fees are mega, I may need to calculate the costs and let you know if there are to be any further handling charges.

I promise I will do all I can though to keep you happy with your service from me :)

🇪🇺 European customers:There is no additional administration fee at this time. However, depending on your country's regulations, you may still be required to pay VAT, customs duties or handling charges before your parcel is delivered.

✨ The good news? My free postage thresholds remain exactly the same!

📦 UK orders over £40 continue to qualify for FREE postage

🌍 International orders over £100 continue to qualify for FREE shipping (excluding any applicable customs, taxes or local import charges).

Any items which are pre order/made to order will be clearly noted as such in the product title or description, the same with any 'available immediately' products.

Please bear in mind before ordering that there are different estimated  turnaround times against different brands. Due to the current climate, these times are an estimate only and can differ.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: If you order a pre order item and in stock item at the same time, items will be shipped together once your pre order arrives. If you prefer to receive in-stock items first, please email me at marie@ohmymarie.co.uk quoting your order number. There may be a small postage charge so please bear that in mind.

After subscribing to the website, if you would like your details removed at any point,

please contact us and we will remove your details immediately.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return to us, using the form contained in your parcel. We ask that you return any items within 28 days of receipt of the parcel, noting your order number and reason for return. Please note item must be in the condition which it was sent to you in, unworn/with tags on (if tags are attached)

Of course we always accept faulty items to be returned - please email me at hello@ohmymarie.co.uk if you have a faulty item so that I can resolve the issue.

​

I'm afraid that return postage costs cannot be reimbursed unless the item is faulty.

​

For hygiene reasons I'm afraid we cannot accept returned earrings, unless faulty.

If you do return an item, please email me at marie@ohmymarie.co.uk so I can expect your item.

 

Please note I am not able to refund postage to International customers at this time, sorry about that.

Non - faulty items which are returned within 15-30 days of receipt will be credited with an online discount voucher which can be used on future purchases

(to be redeemed within a year of date of issue)
