We are Didi's Boutique Ltd trading as Oh My, Marie! Our registered business address is 22 Humphrey Lane, M41 9PE and contact telephone number is 07872 009 597.

The price for the goods you order is clearly stated on our site and include tax. 

P&P in the UK is currently free on orders over £30 when sent 2nd class and £50 when sent 1st class but will be constantly subject to review and will be announced if this changes.

P&P to international addresses will be subject to charge.

Delivery charges for multiple orders may be able to be combined, depending on if they have been sent out or not. Contact me to enquire if needed.

If any items are unavailable, due to website/admin error, we will notify you immediately and credit your original method of payment. You may also choose to wait for us to reorder the product for you, or offer an alternative item, with a complimentary partial discount (as a goodwill gesture)

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return to us, using the form contained in your parcel. We ask that you return any items with 14 days of receipt of the parcel, noting your order number and reason for return. Please note item must be in the condition which it was sent to you in, ie unworn/with tags on (if tags are attached) 

Of course we always accept faulty items to be returned - please email me at hello@ohmymarie.co.uk if you have a faulty item so that I can resolve the issue.

I'm afraid that return postage costs cannot be reimbursed unless the item is faulty.

For hygeine reasons I'm afraid we cannot accept returned earrings, unless faulty.

If you do return an item, please email me at hello@ohmymarie.co.uk so I can expect your item.


Please note I am not able to refund postage to International customers at this time, sorry about that.

Non - faulty items which are returned within 15-30 days of receipt will be credited with an online discount voucher which can be used on future purchases (to be redeemed within a year of date of issue)
