Kinks & Quirks Christmas Shop - How it Works
We have partnered with our friends Kinks and Quirks (aka Lipstick and Chrome) who are based in the US, to enable you to purchase your favourite items from Quirks, via me!
If you place an order via the Quirks section, different shipping terms will apply. As it will be despatched from the US, I am advising a 2-3 week turnaround time (to take into account any possible shipping/weather hurdles!)

If your order has already shipped but you would prefer to cancel your order, or it doesn't quite reach you in time, you can return it once received for a full refund.

For those who placed orders before the cut-off date for Wintersheart items, I’m thrilled to let you know that they have arrived, and I’m currently packing and shipping them out. ✨ I'm confident these will reach their new owners in time for Christmas! 🎅🏼

Items have also arrived and are being shipped now. 🎉 Your fab new pretties should be with you in time for Christmas aswell!
**International Orders:**
However, I must sincerely apologise to those who live overseas and are waiting for an order from me -if your items have already been shipped, there is a possibility they will not arrive before Christmas. I am truly sorry for any disappointment this may cause, and I deeply regret that I may not have been able to get your pieces to you in time.
I would like to assure you that I am doing my very best to make sure every order is fulfilled with care and attention. 🙏🏼 I’m only one person, but I truly care about your satisfaction and want to make this right for you. I know the holiday season can be stressful, and I truly appreciate your understanding and patience.

Important Update on Shipping to Northern Ireland and the EU
Dear Customers,
As you may be aware, new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) have come into effect in December 2024. These changes have brought additional compliance requirements for businesses shipping goods to Northern Ireland (NI) and European Union (EU) countries.
After careful consideration, I have decided to temporarily pause accepting *some orders from customers in NI and the EU to ensure I can thoroughly review the regulations and determine whether it is feasible to continue shipping to these regions in the future.
*Any items ordered via the Kinks & Quirks store will be shipped directly from our friends in the USA, so at the moment if you are based in the EU or Ireland, you can go ahead and order as normal. If this changes of course I will let you know.
To allow for the safe delivery of any outstanding orders, the last date for placing orders to these destinations will be November 30th, 2024. As items purchased were made before December, there should be no problems in getting your orders over to you.
I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as I work to navigate these changes responsibly. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
